Jim was responsive and helpful. The house is really clean, bathrooms and kitchen are clean and stylish. Beds are good, the backyard is terrific. It’s a great home. Thanks Jim!

Jim was an amazing host. The house is literally just a few feet away from the train station. It rained the whole time we were there unfortunately but we still had a great time hanging out inside the house. We cooked a lot while we were there. Thankfully Jim had a lot of kitchen utensils and some basic seasonings we could use. The pool wasn't open because it's off season so we weren't able to enjoy that amentity but we still enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We stayed at Jim's place because we had a wedding in the area. Jim was very communicative, and checked with us shortly after check in to make sure everything was okay. The location is great, very close to town and other fun things in the area. The house was very clean upon check in, and gave us more than enough room for the weekend.

Jim was a wonderful host, always answered all my emails and messages promptly. The house was so nice and comfortable in a very good location. Nice yard and easy walking distance to village. We had an awesome time and would stay again if house was available. Highly recommend Jim as a host!

Amazing rental in a fantastic location! House is less than a 5 drive to downtown Southampton and not even 1/2 a mile from the train station. Jim was extremely descriptive with his check-in and check-out information. I had barely any questions upon arrival and during our stay. He checked in daily just to make sure we were doing well! He also provided recommendations on restaurants, things to do, and wineries in the area! The house had PLENTY of space and was very clean. For a group of 10 girls, there was adequate space in the rooms, big closets, and more than enough bathrooms for us all to get ready. The kitchen was lovely and had multiple sets of dishes, serving platters, glasses, etc. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a great stay in Southampton!

There is nothing I would change about the house, the location or the total experience! Check-in was a breeze, Jim was very responsive and informative and the house and pool were beautiful. Perfect for a quiet getaway or a fun trip with friends or family. Can't wait to come back!
