Close to both the wine country and San Francisco. I can help you find the best of both.
Our community is surrounded by open space and a state park, which is good for hiking and biking. It has a communal swimming pool and hot tub.

The room's queen-sized bed is cozy. Our house is quiet: we have no television and live in a tranquil neighborhood. We have no microwave (we use the oven and steamers to heat food). Coffee: we have coffee beans in the freezer, a coffee grinder, a coffee press and a pour over funnel. We do not have a coffee pot or coffee maker.
We have disconnected our dishwasher, and don't use it, because we prefer to wash dishes in the sink.

Bread, cereal, coffee and tea are in the kitchen, in a narrow, tall cabinet next to the refrigerator. The right side of the refrigerator if available for you. Feel free to share the kitchen, along with its kitchenwares, with us. You have your own bathroom and are welcome in the downstairs living room and outdoors on the front or back decks. You have your own parking spot in our car port.
