Otros aspectos destacables

Please do not leave any food in your car or garbage outside to tempt BEARS. It would be unfortunate for you to deal with insurance and repairs while on vacation and my neighbors and I would like to avoid being on marauding BEARS short list of nightly visits.
Sorry, no children or pets.
I prefer longer bookings, so weekly and monthly rates are deeply discounted. 20% and 40% respectively.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The apartment is in a convenient location, was super clean and very nicely equipped. It was also spacious for a couple. The yard gets lots of sun and the aspens in the yard are lovely. Michael was a great host - very welcoming and helpful with advice on local restaurants and hiking trails. He has a library of hiking books and other books on the outdoors that we enjoyed browsing through.

The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, and included almost anything we might need for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware, extra bedding, and movie DVDs. Michael was very hospitable and spent time answering our questions about the area, events of interest, and best dining options. I would definitely book this room again the next time I'm in the area.

The owner Michael was very responsive to conversations both through cell and abnb email. The place was actually much more enjoyable in person than looking at the images. Location: right in between Zephyr Cove Beach and Stateline Casinos all within a few minutes drive OR 15 min bike ride. There is a Safeway 2 blocks away so this made shopping incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet which was perfect for what we wanted, but if you are looking for a party community, try looking near Stateline. I would totally stay here again.
