It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, canoeing, cycling. The next ski resorts are about one hour drive. We speak English

Der große Wohn- und Essbereich zeichnet sich durch eine sehr große Deckenhöhe und viel Luft aus (4,20m Höhe), das vollverglaste Scheunentor bringt Licht in den Raum. Das Schlafzimmer (ehemaliger Kuhstall) ist innen liegend und dadurch besonders ruhig. Weitere Räume: Küche, Vorratsraum (geräumige Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer etc.), Flur, Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
