The property was exactly as described—ideal for our weekend getaway. The swings in the backyard were a delightful touch and quickly became our favorite spot to relax. There are numerous dining options just a short drive away, making meals convenient and enjoyable. Hunter was an exceptional host, always prompt and helpful in responding to our messages. Beautiful house in a great neighborhood, and located pretty close to everything in Charlotte. Host was responsive even late with a question about the outdoor lights.

Great 4 bedroom home on the lake with 7 beds. The dock and beach were perfect for a lake getaway and close to most things to do on lake Norman. Only 30 mins from the charlotte airport, highly recommend staying here.

This house was awesome! My Fiancé and I rented this to gather family for Easter 2025. Linda gave us permission to have family who were semi local to visit for our Easter dinner which was so special to us! My guests staying with us were impressed with how relaxing the back area was with the pool and the sunroom. We had multiple adults, our niece (6mo) and several of our 4 legged nieces / nephews and there was plenty of space for us all. We are so grateful for Linda and her generosity! The day of check out one of our guests had rental car issues that took several hours to correct. Linda was gracious enough to extend our check out to allow time for them to fix the car issues and then get back to the house to pack up. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect place for us to gather for our large out of town family. Lots of small sitting rooms with ample seating and a wonderful back deck for all of us to connect. Perfect location!!! Mary communicated very well throughout the travel plans!

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

We had a lovely stay at Antiquity NC. The unit was exactly what I thought it would be. I was bight, clean, updated, great AC, easy parking, close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, lake Norman etc. The parking was easy, building was quiet, bbq, pool & gym facility’s were awesome. Local residents are very friendly. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony at all hours of day and night. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing. I highly recommend staying at this unit.

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

This was a very comfortable and clean Garage apartment. We felt completely at ease and slept well in our stay. Lovely decor and very clean. The host was very responsive and allowed us an extra hour for checkout. We highly recommend!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. We had a great visit staying here. The apartment is very spacious for 2 people and everything was as described. Alain and Shirly were both very communicative and responsive throughout, even checking in to make sure we were comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is so cute and had nice touches like lavender scented body wash, water bottles in the fridge and on each night stand, and toilet paper with a cute fold and stamped indent on the end! We were a little worried when we first arrived, because the upstairs smelled of marijuana (nothing strong, but present). We reached out to the host, and she was quick to respond! Through dialogue with her, we realize the smell was coming from another apartment. She did offer to have the cleaners come back to try to fix the smell, but we said that wasn’t necessary; the apartment was very clean! There is a great restaurant down the street called Platform! We ate there every morning, and every dish we tried was great! We would stay here again!

Just spent 10 days staying at Bev's place. It was perfect for what I was looking for. Large open space, large kitchen, comfortable bed, huge deck, plenty of privacy and a really nice area. I will definitely come back here every time Im in the area.

I absolutely loved staying here! The instructions were very clear. It was in the perfect area and introduced me to an area of the city I didn’t know, but now love! 10/10 recommend and I will/hope to stay there any time I go to Charlotte again!

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

Great place for seeing a show at the Evening Muse with my wife, only about a block away. Right in the heart of NoDa. Several great places to dine and late night activities just a block or two away. Overall Katie's space was very clean, the bed was comfy and the unit was so industrial, maybe a bit? No complaints there! We loved it and only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M
