It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. Historic Home by UofR, Apt 2 is Spacious & Private

Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is over 1000 square feet, in an Historic House. We are seasoned airbnb hosts (check out our other listing APT #1), with great reviews. This is a huge spacious apt great for visiting the U of R (with our without family). It is on the second floor, so there is a staircase. You are free to enjoy the backyard and front porch.

In-law apartment with private entrance and completely furnished separated from main house by a hallway and 2 doors. Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
