We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

Baylor and Magnolia are 5min from the house, 10min to the Extraco Event center. 17min to BSR. 5min or less to restaurants (including magnolia table) and grocery store. note- the house floor is uneven due to foundation problems, but otherwise in working condition.
