Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Experience a breathtaking panorama of the Rhine above the rooftops of the town. The apartment is designed for two to six guests. This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

Luxurious house, Barrel-Sauna, Beautiful nature

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Hausboot auf der Mosel

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
