Kandy Residence - Καλλιθέα, Ρέθυμνο (free parking)

Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 από τους ιδιοκτήτες Μανώλη και Βίκυ με πολύ γούστο και βρίσκεται στην πόλη Ρέθυμνο, στην περιοχή Καλλιθέα. Το όνομα της περιοχής σημαίνει "καλή θέα" ή "όμορφη θέα", αναφερόμενο στη θέα που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα. Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Ρεθύμνου, συγκεκριμένα 850 μέτρα με τα πόδια.
