This lakefront renovated 500 sq condo is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood right off the Main Channel, on Ouachita River, close to the Dams chilly waters. The water stays cold due to that reason. Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.

The Crossing at 202- Downtown Waco/ Steps to Silos

On the second floor of the historic Behrens Warehouse, "The Crossing at 202" is a vintage appointed 1 bedroom/ 1 bath industrial loft in the heart of the Silo District of downtown Waco. It easily sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size Murphy Bed in the Family Room.
