Winter months, all wheel / 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must!! Close to restaurants, brew pub, and night life!! Kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, (with pans), and small frig. The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. Not kid proof. No pets accepted.

We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Located near the Historic West Boulevard in the center of Rapid City! A great location with nearby parks, walking and hiking trails, grocery, and restaurants. Also, easily access Mount Rushmore Road and Interstate 90. This home has recently been updated and is ready for your stay! Did we mention there is a private heated indoor pool!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.
