The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained and price was very reasonable.

A very short stay yet definitely felt like our home. Very spacious, can fit a big group. Accessible toilet/bathrooms & bedrooms for people with disabilities. I really love how it has two separate kitchens (dry & wet). Plus, the host is very friendly and helpful, always so attentive and fast respond 😁 Thank you ms Iris 🫶🏻

nice place to stay...beautiful home

이마고몰 로프트에 위치해 있어 엘레베이터를 이용해 바로 쇼핑몰 이용이 가능합니다. 그랩으로 이동할 때도 위치지정이 쉬워서 엄청 편리했어요! 호스트님이 초반에 설명도 잘 해주시고, 궁금한 걸 빠르게 해결해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 세탁기가 있어 땀이나 물에 젖은 옷을 세탁하기 좋았고, 주방에는 전자레인지와 포트가 있어요! 말레이시아에 첫방문 해서 묵은 숙소가 위치, 시설 전부 너무 좋았어서 좋은 추억이 되었습니다.

Beautiful stay at Kota Kinabalu with view of airplane. I strongly recommend this property for your stay in KK. Nearby to airport with no jammed. you won't be rush to go to airport by staying here. Walkable 15-20 minutes Tanjung Aru beach. City Centre just a 10 minutes drive. Everything was good. 🌟

我住过全球很多地方的民宿，日本的比较干净整洁，但房东大多比较冷漠，泰国的房东会在你退房以后说你用脏了他的床单而索要赔偿。但是这个房子位置非常好，房间也足够大，设施也齐全，最关键房东人真的非常非常好，从你预定以后就主动联系你，告诉你所有的攻略，后来因为我的个人原因需要提前退房，房东也是第一时间同意，并且在爱彼迎退款的前提下，还额外退还我房费，这种诚信的房东值得推荐。

My stay at Catherine's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Catherine was an incredibly welcoming and responsive host, offering thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to shops and a mall, yet peaceful and quiet during the evenings. I highly recommend Catherine's Airbnb to anyone visiting the area—I would definitely stay here again!

房子很漂亮，和照片一致，毛巾拖鞋等都很充足。窗外风景漂亮。要注意窗子面对街道，晚上能听到摩托引擎声，睡眠浅人士需要自备耳塞。

The accommodation is close to every attraction by foot, such as Jesselton point, seafood market, handy craft market. in the facility, there are towels, and kitchen with a simple cooking ware, refrigerator, micro wave and toaster. and we really appreciate that there is a washing machine with detergent. Mr Almend is really friendly person, introducing local recommendations, and he organised the local tour. we joined in river close. he drove us to the ferry. we saw monkeys, sunset, and fire flies. we really enjoy staying at his accommodation. thank youm

It was a great stay. When you walk or travel around KK and then come home, it feels like home. The area has many restaurants and malls, and it feels like it's in the center. It's also easy to access Grab.

It was a very warm welcome stay. Last minutes booking, but stil worth it for 2 nights stay. Alison thank you so much. Will book again next time 😃

本来是订的房东另外一间房，但是两个小朋友争厕所，就和房东另外申请换了一间，房东很热情回复很快，房间也很干净，景色很好，而且设施也很齐全，本来想着住两晚，结果整个行程都定在这里了，去哪里都很方便，就在码头旁边～

Yo-Yo прекрасная хозяйка, всегда была готова нам помочь и помогала. Квартира прекрасно расположена над торговым центром, в котором есть огромное количество магазинов (включая магазин продуктов), кафе и ресторанов. Про самолёты, которые летают над домом тут уже писали, но, нам они совершенно не мешали. Наоборот, было интересно на них посмотреть и сделать отличные фото. Сама квартира просторная и очень уютная, нам там очень понравилось. В 15 минутах пешком от квартиры есть рынок фруктов и морепродуктов, что тоже было удобно.
