Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Enjoy the sounds of nature at this peaceful, lakefront refuge. Gorgeous sunsets, rolling hills and abundant wildlife will leave you feeling rested and refreshed. There is a clubhouse & 4 other cabins available for rent on the property if you are looking for a special occasion destination at The Chrestos.
