The Waterwheel at Black Pearl on Dyes Inlet — a private over-water retreat with its own sauna, king bedroom, and waterfront deck. Wake to the sound of the working waterwheel just outside or step straight down to the beach. The private lower level of The Helm — available standalone when The Helm is unbooked. Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
