Whilst downstairs you can lounge around or just go for a swim. After that why not enjoy yourself with a cool drink or even a snack at out bar/kubo area. We can even find your favourite sport programme if you wish whist having a beer or two When people come and join us here they are very comfortable and happy.

Located in a safe, secure and exclusive neighborhood, on the hilly part of Puerto Princesa. The property is situated in a 10,000 sq meter property with majestic view of the mountains and lush greenery. The Studio-type Villa is 7km away from Puerto Princesa International Airport and it is 20-30mins travel by car or taxi. It has a 50 square meter swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests. The Baker's Hill Palawan, Mitra's Ranch, Hernandez Mansion, and Panja Resort is 5-15mins by foot.

Our two-story guesthouse has 2 units, each w/ a floor area of 20 sqm and a private bathroom. The 1/F can accommodate 4 to 5 guests, while the 2/F is designed for up to 6 guests. Each unit is equipped with essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and hot and cold showers. The 1/F also includes a water dispenser and a smart TV. We strive to offer budget-friendly accommodations while ensuring a pleasant experience that prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction.
