Built in 2014, the house is in excellent condition, with modern appliances, refined furnishings, and uniquely beautiful features. It's a very special property in a very special place!

This house was originally built as a barbershop in 1950 and rebuilt in 2015 with a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, a smart TV, half bath and sleeper couch downstairs. Built in 1870, our home is completely up-to-date with a gourmet kitchen, spacious & deluxe 1.5 bathrooms, parking, and several outdoor spaces to enjoy! Views of the water from the primary bedroom & roof deck make for amazing sunsets. Located towards the West End, we are a five-minute walk to the Boat Slip, & a just a few steps from Liz's Cafe. We actively live here when not renting. It’s a true gem!

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. During this time (Mid June through Mid September, check in and out are on Saturdays.
