The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

Another highlight is the 100 m2 terrace. and the BBQ, where you can have lunch and relax. The villa is completely independent and out of sight of prying eyes. The park with olive, cherry and apricot trees is approximately 7,000 m2.

"Casa Made in Story" è una grande casa moderna con ingresso indipendente e 300 mq di giardino di pertinenza. Ha un’ampia cucina, un soggiorno, 2 bagni ed è dotata di 3 camere da letto doppie, che sono state arredate con due letti matrimoniali e due letti singoli. Secondo le necessità degli ospiti, si possono avere 3 letti matrimoniali. A questi è possibile aggiungere un posto letto in soggiorno (divano letto), un lettino da campeggio e un lettino montessoriano (per bambini da 1 a 3 anni).

La Tenuta la Casetta è immersa nella bellissima campagna toscana, nel comune di Santa Luce. Ubicato nel mezzo di una Tenuta di proprietà di sessanta ettari, si trova su una collina dalla quale si può ammirare il paesaggio della riserva naturale. Sono 4 appartamenti, ogni appartamento ha il suo ingresso privato.L'appartamento si trova all'interno della struttura e comprende una camera matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli, due bagni, salotto con divano letto e cucina equipaggiata.

La villa si trova in collina, a 1 km dal mare (15 minuti a piedi). Ambiente rilassante e silenzioso, adatto in particolare a famiglie o gruppi di amici. Possibilita' di mangiare all'aperto in 2 diverse posizioni nel giardino privato. Posizione comoda per villeggiatura di mare, trekking e turismo in Toscana.

Astonishing beachfront villa with private garden

In the aristocratic and secluded Tombolino estate Villa La loggia is separated from the others by a private garden which leads through an alley of elm trees and oleanders to the house. As its name says a spectacular veranda offers a large outside space. The floor is made of a patterned, in laid black marble square tiles set in bleached wooden slabs and the white wooden beams of the roof give a very outstanding colonial flavour, with wicker furnishing and large comfortable armchairs.

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.
