Balcony for viewing waterfront. Viewing area for sunset. No pets allowed. No service animals allowed due to guests' allergies which can cause physical reactions. NO CAMERAS ANYWHERE INSIDE THE CONDO.

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. Located in a nice neighborhood. With self check-in. Valid ID (with a photo) of both guests staying in order to get the code. Water+coffee are courtesy.
