Local snowmobile trail access is located only a few hundred meters away. This basement unit features a private walk-out (ground level) entrance and patio door, a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

This special place is One hour to Ottawa, Montreal and Cornwall just a bit more So the house is on a dead end road and very little traffic there’s a field on the other side of the road and the waterfront on my side and two neighbours on each side. I only have one group at a time. And you have all the main level of the building and I live downstairs and I will be here for all bookings.
