A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.

Our peaceful and quiet “open concept” home is located in the southern Pacific mountains, 3,000 ft. up from pristine beaches to the west with the majestic Talamanca mountains to the east. Temperatures are ideal: daytime max in the 80’s, nighttime lows in the 60’s year round. A stunning view of the Pacific, including the amazing Osa peninsula is only a 10 minute walk up our road. The Rio Águila where you can refresh in large swimming holes and massaging waterfalls is approximately 2 km away.

Terra Lodge es un pequeño hotel boutique de una sola habitación. El hotel cuenta con una piscina privada. Junto a la piscina hay un "rancho" con cocina y terraza. Con el asfalto mojado es recomendable un 4x4 en la rampa de 75 metros hasta el hotel. Por lo general, no lo necesitará.
