Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. This newly renovated tiny house offers you a quite, private, and beautiful place above the village of Modrejce, with a walking distance of 5 minutes to the Soča river. We renovated the old mill in a Permacultural way, still very exclusive and with great attention to detail. The house is located a bit above the village and gives you not only lots of privacy but also a great view on the river and the surrounding mountains.
