If you’re looking for a trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft or ferry, to hit the shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays, a cultural experience at the DDay Museum and Historic Dockyard and much more, it’s all close by. ~30 min drive to Goodwood Motor Circuit, and convenient stop if taking a cruise. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

The location is in the heart of Southsea and all it has to offer including being on the doorstep of Victorious Festival every August and The Great South Run every October. The living room is a lovely social area with TV/stereo plus Xbox / PlayStation plus board games and books. The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!

Just a short walk to Canoe lake, the Southsea pier and then if you continue West along the seafront you'll reach the Spinnaker Tower and Gunwharf Quays. A perfect place to come and stay for the Victorious Festival, taking part in the Great South Run or simply wanting a weekend away watching the many boats coming in and out of the port and maybe catching the QE or HMS Prince of Wales aircraft carriers.

We would prefer to host families or quieter guests.
