There are stunning views of the Sierra Buttes from both your front yard and back deck with big river sound. This custom, mountain eclectic cabin is located in a beautiful gated community with access to the Frank Lloyd Wright designed club house and Altitude Recreation Center. With an amazing 1300 sq. ft. of home and 1300 sq deck with amazing views, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleeps up to 6 guests. THE CABIN Enjoy this clean, mountain -eclectic designed cabin with geothermal heating and central ac. The home has internet access and tv.

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Private 1500 sqft furnished Apt 2 BR Apt sleeps 5 with 3 beds, Optonal xtra Queen BR is downstairs, will be $25 more per night. only you will be in the Apt and is upstairs, with balcony, Laundry room downstairs, has Fiber Optic cable and smart TV, yard: gas BBQ and gated parking. A shared public 2,000 sqft game room with half bath, music, TV, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole darts. Pet charge is a one time fee of $35/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. Camera's in public areas.
