Margaret is our fantastic shepherdās hut
Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

Sea Breeze Cottage is an idyllic coastal retreat for that unforgettable holiday. In the heart of Old Laxey, a stone's throw from the beach, pub & two popular restaurants. With panoramic views of Laxey Bay, our newly restored gem combines traditional Manx cottage comfort and contemporary boutique design, sleeping up to 4 guests. Relax on the south facing terrace with a morning coffee, unwind in the cedar hot tub and watch the sailing boats whilst enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities
Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Orchard Cottage at Ballawyllin Farm
Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55ā TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.
