The Nicholas Stoltzfus Homestead is the oldest restored Amish property in Berks County, bought by Immigrant Nicholas Stoltzfus (ancestor of all Stoltzfus descendants in America) in 1771. The cabin is the original Settler's Cabin on the Gruber Homestead settled in 1737 by Henrich Gruber.
