Nuestra cabaña está ubicada a 7 mins del centro de la ciudad, a 3 mins de Zilker Park / Barton Springs y a 20 mins del Circuito de las Américas. La cabaña está totalmente equipada para una estancia confortable. Desde una cama Murphy hecha a medida por California Closets, un colchón Tempurpedic Casper, y una máquina de café Keurig. The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.

"OOO-AHH" lake get-away. Sand volleyball, kayaks, Lily pad, strong WiFi. Custom home with cedar flooring & exposed beams. Feels like middle of nowhere but world class spa & great restaurants are near. Famous sunset at the Oasis on Lake Travis 7 miles away, 35 minutes from DT Austin. Noise is good....kids squealing and puppies playing. Fire pit and an owner shared hot-tub. With 2 parking spaces and 1 bath we book groups of 6 or less.

Bouldin Oasis + Hot Tub & Cold Plunge

Come stay in the heart of Austin with a touch of luxury! This 3 bed, 2 bath home is located less than a mile from downtown, and is a scenic walk or bike to South Congress, Zilker Park, hiking trails, and all the good stuff in Austin. Refresh yourself in the cold plunge & sauna for a full wellness experience. Note: the house is also my primary home, so we do have some personal items in the closets and drawers.
