House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Appartamento unico situato al piano nobile di Palazzo Alibrandi (XVI sec), in una piazza tranquilla adiacente a Campo dei Fiori. Passata la bellissima corte interna e la scala ancora parzialmente affrescata si raggiunge un ballatoio, ornato da una prestigiosa vetrata Art Deco, dal quale si accede direttamente all'appartamento. La suite, recentemente ristrutturata, ha soffitti a cassettoni di 6 metri ed arredi di pregio. Da agosto 2024 aria condizionata nuova. Pulizie 50€ da pagare all’arrivo

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Un posto curato in ogni dettaglio, in posizione strategica e con una vista bellissima. Una casa pensata per coccolare e coccolarsi, fornita di tutto quello che può servire per giorni di relax, pace, scoperta e tenerezza. La casa è nel cuore vivo di Tivoli, nel quartiere medievale: vicinissima a localini e ville, ma al riparo dal rumore. Si trova al primo piano, vi si accede da una decina di gradini d'epoca, piuttosto ripidi. A 350m dalla casa c’è un comodo parcheggio multipiano.

L' Affaccio

Delizioso appartamento con ingresso indipendente, formato da un' ampia camera , cucina e bagno, bellissima portafinestra con affaccio panoramico sulla vallata , in posizione centrale nel borgo medievale di Fiuggi ma con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi dalla casa . Ottima destinazione per un romantico w.e. per due , ma anche per tre, grazie ad un letto aggiungibile. Climatizzato caldo/freddo, con aggiunta di stufa a legna per chi ama un fuoco acceso.
