Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our beautifully renovated apartment is ideally located in the heart of Schöneberg, in a charming neighborhood with plenty of cafés and bars, as well as all the shops you need for everyday essentials, all within easy walking distance. The apartment is quietly situated at the rear of a period building, on the 4th and 5th floors. Facing south, it enjoys sunshine from morning until evening throughout the year. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with everything a hobby chef could wish for.

Das Gästehaus ist auf unserem Grundstück, jedoch etwas abgetrennt und daher privat. Die Petzinsee Badestelle ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. In nur wenigen Autominuten oder auch mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad erreicht man Potsdam mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch Berlin ist von Potsdam schnell mit dem Zug oder der S-Bahn zu erreichen.

Das Appartement im Schlosspark, welches mit stilvollen, außergewöhnlichen und antiken Möbeln ausgestattet ist, besticht mit direkter Nähe zum Schloss Caputh sowie zur Landeshauptstadt Potsdam. In nur einer halben Stunde ist Potsdam mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, aber auch mit dem Bus, der in unmittelbarer Nähe abfährt. Die Schwielowsee-Region ist eines der beliebtesten Naherholungsgebiete nahe bei Berlin. Umgeben von Seen, kann man hier ein paar ruhige Tage genießen.

Bei unserem Hausboot handelt es sich um ein gemütliches, modernes festliegendes Boot, welches an einer Steganlage eines Campingplatzes liegt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung und der traumhafte Blick über den Templiner See machen uns die Abreise jedes mal schwer. Im Sommer geniessen wir die 90 qm Dachterrasse, die auch zum Grillen einlädt. Durch Fussbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna machen wir unser Hausboot auch im Winter zu einem traumhaften Rückzugsort.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
