Hyco lake and pool getaway

We’d like to share the entire lower level of our 7,000 sqf new house (Oct’22). You will have your privacy without anybody staying upstairs or anywhere on the entire property, including the pool and boat house. This level has ten-foot ceiling and 3 bedrooms with lake view and 1 with garden view, full kitchen, dining table, tennis table, foosball table, a lot of TV’s as well as a projector (simply connect your iPhone for a movie night!), and a huge outdoor living space with a bar with a TV.

A lakeside retreat to call your own (at least for a little while). This two bedroom, one bath scenic cottage sits on approximately 250 feet of waterfront where you have a lake view from the huge screen porch. An open floor plan with fully furnished kitchen, beds, and full bath will make this an exceptional getaway. Nestled deep in the forest, the dock is accessible by a path that is steep in places or staircase plus steep timber steps with no handrail. Water depth at dock is shallow.
