W/ stove ,,microwave,toilet, shower, coffee maker ,toaster ,pans,wi fi , tv gets 30 plus stations ,fridge / freezer, A.C. ,heat ,2 queen beds all linens included . Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
