We hand built this 2400 sq.ft home/cabin with local pine logs, these timbers that form the main structure of this cabin are hand notched and stacked local pine. We did most of the work and designing on this and were able to put a personal touch to the work inside and out. NOTE!!!This is a rustic place with modern convenience, (Knotty hickory cabinets, Pebble and tile showers, Bamboo floors, Local, pine, log exterior walls, Tulip popular interior, Log and barn wood furniture. Bring the whole family to this charming retreat on the Buffalo River in Middle Tennessee. Bluebird's Bend is an oasis of rural relaxation, designed for you to enjoy all the Buffalo River has to offer. Canoe or kayak (both provided) directly from the property and it's 400 feet of riverbank access. Use our fishing polls to catch Catfish and Crappie from one of Tennessee's cleanest rivers, or simply spread out and enjoy lawn games and other amenities over the property's 5 acres of well-kept land.

Welcome to our Lake House! Get the S'mores ready and bring your whole crew! and watch out for BIGFOOT! Our Family has made some wonderful memories here over the years and want you to as well. This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

River Rest

This is an amazing fully renovated cabin on almost 5 acres that you can walk right out the front door and access the water. We are located on a bay of the TN river where Tom's Creek flows in. Incredible bird watching & star gazing. Bring your kayaks, paddleboards or bass boat. When the water is up anchor out front or store at a nearby marina. There is a boat ramp on this bay although it's pretty bare bones. Mousetail Landing State Park which has newer ramps is only 13 miles away.

River Run Cottage at Horseshoe Bend Farm

Welcome to River Run Cottage! Our 280 acre farm has views of the beautiful Duck River Valley & has 3 mi. of private river frontage. The cottage is located adjacent to our winery tasting room, open Thurs. - Sunday. (Horseshoe Bend Farm Wines) We also grow blueberries and offer picking opportunities for a real farm experience. Canoeing/Kayaking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, ATV and Hiking experiences located nearby. Near I40, Loretta Lynn’s Ranch and 1 hr. to Nashville.

Feel free to venture down the trails to the creek for some exploration and relaxation. Then check out the field trail past the the game pavilion. Nearby, we also have many more nature areas to explore. First things first though, let’s get you all settled in so you can begin your adventure!
