Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley.
