The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

By The Sea: Waterfront! Million Dollar View!

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Hidden from the hustle and bustle of everyday life is Pawleys Paradise! Discover the best scenic and championship golf courses within 3 miles. 3-mile ride to pristine Pawleys Island beaches. Bring your boat for a day on the Waccamaw River with Hagley Landing within walking distance, with sunsets worthy of professional photographers. Relax, sunbathe and take a dip in the saltwater pool. Meander through the neighborhood of moss draped live oaks creating enchanting landscapes.

Jasmine Cottage

"Arrogantly shabby", situated on a quiet street right around the corner from the 'creek' where most enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and floating! Restaurants, shopping, and of course 1 mile to the beach! Coined W&D on site. Jasmine is located in the downstairs of the cottage. One bedroom featuring a queen bed and full bed. Bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Kitchen and living combo. Screened in porch and private fenced in area with table umbrella and chairs.

Holly’s Hideaway

Come enjoy the newly renovated golf course! This second floor condo provides a laid back atmosphere that is within walking distance to golf, pub, pool ,and a short drive to the beach. The condo sleeps 6 (1 King, 2 full, and a queen pull out couch). Relax on the front porch in one of the rockers, or enjoy listening to the rain on the screened-in back porch. *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.

Peaceful Pawleys Plantation Getaway

Located in the beautiful and peaceful Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club community. This is a lovely renovated second floor unit directly across from the community pool. It’s a short drive to the pristine beaches of Pawleys Island as well as many wonderful restaurants and shops. Motor homes and motorcycles are not permitted.
