The more spacious backyard is perfect for sharing stories, relaxing and unwinding around the fire pit and cozy sofas.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. It is part of a luxurious five-unit development that was recognized as "Project of the Year" by the National Assoc. of Homebuilders. This property boasts 2 levels, deluxe master bedroom/bathroom/patio is situated on the first level, and the living room/kitchen/ half bath/balcony on the 2nd level. Quiet and private. If this unit is occupied we can refer you to our sister property.

This dreamy, boho Spanish-style house is perfectly located just 1 mile from State Street and the beach. The unit is on a duplex with a private entrance, gated backyard with a bbq and gorgeous dining area, full kitchen, and beautifully remodeled bathroom. The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

Baby Dux is an artist-designed, boho chic, STUDIO APARTMENT with comfortable queen-size SOFA BED ideal for one or two people, with KITCHENETTE: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, heat-induction hot plate, High Speed WiFi, HDTV, full bathroom, washer, dryer, AC, Heater, on-site parking for one car. The three rooms: living/bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom cover 260 square feet (24 square meters).

Lovely 2Bedroom Downtown

Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.

Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

People love the gorgeous private courtyard as a retreat in the middle of downtown. Sounds of the El Burrito fountain, vines full of flowers and sunny private lounging while gazing at the colorful architecture. Unlike anywhere you’ve ever stayed ( well maybe Barcelona) . A great place to relax outside after a busy day in Santa Barbara.
