It is fully equipped with a lovely kitchen, workspace and a small attic. It will be your stepping stone to explore the picturesque Lavrion. Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Ideal for friends, couples, solo travelers.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
