This standalone studio cottage is all yours; parking, entrance, etc. Long driveway & safe neighborhood well suited if you are hauling a boat, trailer, jet ski, etc. Very quiet area.

Shop and grab a drink or bite in the historic downtown Panama City or St. Andrews area which is an easy 15 minute drive.
