Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων από την θάλασσα και η κοντινότερη παράλια στα 100 μέτρα. Το κέντρο της πόλης μαζί και το λιμάνι απέχει 5 λεπτά περπατώντας. Art Apartment is located 80 metres from the beach. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The units in the apartment complex are equipped with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a shower, slippers and a hair dryer.
