The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. Horsehead Lake Lodge Waterfall Cabins are situated along the spillway at Horsehead Lake on Horsehead Creek. This is one of the highest volume waterfalls in all of Northwest Arkansas!
