Florence Cottage

This fully self contained lockable 2 bedroom apartment, one block from Hall of Fame, by the lake, has full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, coffee maker etc. Rental includes use of motorless boats. Washer dryer in basement shared with other guests/ leave laundry basket outside of door and we will take care of it😃. There is a folding futon in the larger of the two bedrooms; let us know if someone wants to sleep on it and we can arrange to have the linens set out for it for an extra 20$.

The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
