Conveniently located between the beaches of Tybee Island and the charm of downtown Savannah, Our Boat on Tybee provides a quiet, romantic change of pace overnight stay. With stunning sunsets and regular visits from the local wildlife (otters, dolphins, etc) this will be a trip you won't soon forget. Our Boat is ideal for 2 guests, but a third adult guest is permitted with an additional $100 nightly fee. Our Boat on Tybee is not ideal for guests with mobility issues or children under 13 years

Ok Folks, here is the deal! After 26 years in this business, I just got my first 1 star review. No matter what business you have, self employed, no one deserves a 1 star review! All host and business owners spend tons of money and time to be able to provide services or share our properties. 1 star reviews nowadays are based off of emotion, not facts. Marshfront gem with private dock; Adults only

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. See stunning sunsets over the marsh from this remodeled home, or from the private dock on a tidal creek. Halfway between Downtown and Tybee Island, on lovely Whitemarsh Island, you are close to shopping and nightlife, but feel miles away! Kayak off the dock, then refresh with the outdoor shower; or bike/walk the nearby Preserve. *Kayaks(2 single, 1 tandem) and bikes(3) supplied, but not beach gear. Chatham County Permit #22-23494

We are 30 mins from Historic downtown Savannah.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Conveniently located close to the Truman Parkway, guests have easy and quick access to downtown Savannah, Tybee Island, and Skidaway. It is also close to several grocery stores and the mall.
