　2022年8月にリニューアルオープンした一棟貸切の別荘型民泊施設です。EV付きで126㎡の広々とした客室と庭付の半露天風呂が備わっており、標準で10名の大人が泊まることができます。 　かつて、住吉大社を参拝した豊臣秀吉がこの地に立ち寄り、茶店から清泉を汲んでお伴の千利休に茶を点てさせたところ、味の良さに感激したことから殿下の「殿下茶屋」、天下人の「天下茶屋」などの名が知られるようになりました。この宿は天下茶屋の地名にふさわしい『茶道』をコンセプトにして作られました。 　茶道をコンセプトにしたインテリアと、日本文化を象徴する茶道体験を楽しむことができ、坪庭のある信楽焼の陶器風呂で日本酒を飲みながら豊かな気分でリラックスした時間を過ごせます。また、110インチもある大型スクリーンとプロジェクターやニンテンドースイッチ等のエンターテイメントも備えており、多人数向けに最適な宿です。まさに日本の古と今が融合した施設のしつらえが滞在の体験をドラマチックに演出します。 　さらに、抜群のアクセスで関西国際空港からホテルへ、そしてホテルから通天閣や難波や梅田等へ電車一本で行き帰りが可能です。
