A newly constracted cottage house, located in Agios Dimitrios area in the southeastern side of Tinos island. Total environmentally friendly and autonomous as the electricity power comes from solar panels. 1 master bedroom with double bed, living room with two sofas that can be used to accomodate one adult and a child. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

The house is located at Agios Ioannis, in the area of Porto, 7 km from the center of the town. Ιt is located in the second floor and it has independent entrance. Its balcony has a view to the Aegean and also to the facing islands of Delos and Myconos. At the ground floor there is a garden and parking space. Inside the house, there is a room with a double bed, a living room with a table and 4 chairs and two single-beds. Also there is the kitchen and the bathroom.

The house is independent and is located in a real estate complex.
