Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Viihtyisä v. 2019 valmistunut mökki, jossa majoittuu mukavasti 6 hlöä nauttien kauniista järvimaisemasta. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa parisänky (160 cm), toisessa 2 parisänkyä (140 cm) kerrossänkynä. Mökissä suihku ja vesi-wc. Rantaterassilla pieni katos, kaasugrilli ja ruokapöytä. Tynnyrisaunan yhteydessä kylpytynnyri ja terassi, jolle paistaa upeasti ilta-aurinko. Ranta on matala ja sopii myös lapsille. Tontti rauhallinen ja sitä suojaa puusto naapureilta. Ei lemmikkejä.

Gården gränsar till skog, åkrar och en lugn å. På gården finns höns och katter. Pohjalaistalo rauhallisella paikalla. Vaasaan noin 15 km (15 min). Villa Elvira i Sundom, Vasa

Stugan ligger naturskönt på Norrbacken invid skogen. Inom tre km radie finns simstrand, vandrings- och cykelleder och "meteoritkratern" Söderfjärden där tusentals tranor mellanlandar vårar och höstar. Norrbacken är en idyllisk backe med små gårdar, skogsstigar och lite trafik. Vårt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer. Vi välkomnar gäster från alla delar av världen och kan kommunicera på engelska vid behov.

Tunnelmallinen ja rento huoneisto 10 min ajomatkan päässä Seinäjoen keskustasta maalaismaiseman keskellä. Huoneiston helmi on uusi upea saunaosasto, jonne ilta-aurinko paistaa suoraan ikkunasta. Huoneisto sijaitsee suuremman ulkorakennuksen päädyssä yläkerrassa ja sillä on oma piha-alue ja terassi. Majoitustilaa on 4-6 aikuiselle. My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's.
