Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Many guests bring a pet. Plenty of parking available on both sides of the street. Please leave driveways accessible.

This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. Unwind, curl up on the couch, or get a great nights sleep among the trees. Mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. We're 10-15 mins drive to the Roseville Mall, Thunder Valley Casino, Fountains surrounded by restaurants, shops, boutiques, and Whole Foods. Walking distance to the Wood-creek Golf-course, Nugget Market, Safeway, Raley's grocery stores.

Please meet our "LOVELY" master bedroom studio! This private suite has been set up for a relaxing stay. You'll have private access to the room from the backyard through the back glass door entry. We will provide a key to the room to lock it up. The suite has a King Bed and Full-size futon, a bar kitchenette (microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc), free WiFi, and a TV with Hulu and Netflix apps.
