The cottage is a completely renovated property which started life as the summer kitchen for the main house. The cottage is 150 years old and has maintained the charm of a historic home. To retain the history of the property and town, NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed on the property.

The water spigot is right outside the cabin, and the private bathroom with a shower is a short walk down a gravel path.
