Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

The property is in a fantastic location in the middle of downtown Costa Mesa. My home is located in a calm & safe neighborhood of Costa Mesa, a short 8 minute drive to the beach (2.3 miles). The house is a cozy (1,100 sqft) 3 bedroom rancho, built in the early 50's & nestled between 2 large front and back yards in which we have some wildlife. I cater mainly to single guests even though I accept 2 with an extra charge. You will share the house with me alone. Parking is always available right in front of the house. See you then!
