Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

The Underground Cabin - Legal and licensed

Welcome to your legally licensed and operated, cozy urban cabin. You will be staying in a 100+ yr old house that combines the warmth & charm of age with modern day conveniences. Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

Well equipped for long term stays! Come rest your head for a night on the comfy bed or enjoy the big soaker tub after a day exploring all Saskatoon has to offer. My centrally-located condo is close to the river, parks, City Hospital, the downtown core, and the Downtown Bus Terminal. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and bathroom, along with a writing/computer desk. NOTE: There’s no TV but there’s plenty of books and good wifi for streaming - bring your laptop!

You're welcome to lounge in the beautiful back yard. This is space is on the lower level of a raised bungalow and can accommodate up to 4 with queen bed and hide-a-bed couch.
