Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal viale XX settembre e dal giardino pubblico, ideale per andare al Politeama Rossetti La posizione è ottimale perché molto servita e vicina a tutti i punti di interesse principali. Il nostro appartamento è stato ristrutturato a marzo 2024 ed è pronto ad accogliervi. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e ha un soggiorno con una zona cucina ben attrezzata, una camera matrimoniale, un bel bagno con una comoda doccia. Nel soggiorno abbiamo un divano letto con topper

Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete. A due passi dal centro del servitissimo paese di Opicina, sull’altipiano carsico a 300 mt dal livello del mare, a 1 minuto a piedi dalle fermate dei bus che portano a Trieste ogni 10 minuti, a 3 minuti dal confine sloveno, 1 h da Lubiana e poco più da Venezia, grazioso monolocale dotato di tutti i confort. Patio e giardino esterno ad uso personale, dog friendly. Posto macchina interno. Le spiagge di Barcola e Sistiana distano circa 10-15 minuti.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Il punto di forza effetto WOW è la vista a 180° sul golfo, visibile da tutto l'appartamento e dalla grande terrazza. Rilassatevi nel grande giardino e fate una passeggiata nel bosco privato! se sarete fortunate vedrete i cerbiatti che vi abitano. La fermata dell'autobus e il parcheggio gratuito sono direttamente sotto la casa.
