Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylishly decorated little house located near the Stevens County Fairgrounds It is also centrally located to downtown Colville,in walking distance from many shops and restaurants. Although there is not much of a yard as it is located in the alley there is plenty of parking , 2 full bathrooms and an on site laundry. It is just a one bedroom but it has a nice queen sized bed as well as a comfy queen pull out in the living room.
