There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Newly renovated 2 bed / 1 bath lake house with modern elegance & incredible views of Lake Livingston! Whether you want to relax or play, this is the perfect spot. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning from the balcony or deck. A neighborhood boat ramp is available for quick access to the lake for water sports & fishing! Wind down with a glass of wine next to the fire pit & enjoy the sunset over the lake. We can't wait to host you! Note: The house does NOT have direct lake access.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Enjoy the solitude and beauty of a stay at the Cottage at Jones Road Ranch overlooking grazing horses. Next door is the Golden Oaks Micro Cellar winery. Tell them you're staying at the cottage and enjoy 15% off of wine tasting. Relax on the front or back porch with a views of the ranch or if you prefer a more active stay, hike or bike in the local Sam Houston National Forest or Huntsville State Park. 20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited.
